How to Ship
Shipping to us is at your discretion. We receive daily USPS, UPS or FedEx deliveries with no problem. Be sure to package your equipment properly and try to use new, correctly sized cartons. Homemade boxes are a reliability problem and often come apart in transit.
Unless you are faced with no other option, avoid shippers and packagers located in strip malls. You will always get better pricing on-line or at UPS or FedEx service centers.
Our preferred return carrier is United Parcel Service, but we will honor your shipping instructions. Smaller radios may return via USPS more economically. We have shipping accounts and their associated discounts with both FedEx and UPS. There is no advantage to pre-purchasing return shipping and including labels with your radios.
